Reward Policy

How to earn reward points

1. Sign Up: 300 points
2. Login: 10 points, counted only once per a day
3. Order: 3% of subtotal, for example, if your order subtotal is $25.00, then your reward points will be 75 points. However, there are some exceptions as follows:
   • If you get discount for your order, then the discounted amount will be subtracted from the amount for reward calculation. For example, if your order subtotal is $50.00 and you get $5.00 discount, then your reward point will be $45.00 x 0.03 = 135 points.
4. Review: 100 points.
5. Helpful votes for your review: 50 points. For example, if you get 3 helpful votes for a review that you wrote for an item, you will get 250 points (=100 points + 3 x 50 points).

Use of reward points

1. Reward point: 1 point = $0.01. As a result, 100 points is equivalent to $1.00.
2. Use of reward points: You can use your reward points for your order if it is 500 or more. The maximum amount of reward points is 1,000 for a single checkout, however much reward points you have. For example, if you have 1,500 reward points, and you would like to use it during checkout, you can use up to 1,000 points.
3. Online/Offline: Reward points can be used online or offline regardless whether it earned online or offline.

Expiration of reward points

1. Reward points expires after one year from the earned date. For example, if you earn 10 points when you login January 12, 2013, the 10 points will expire at January 12, 2014 unless it used before the expiration date.

Other notices

1. All online reward points will be earned for or used by logined users only.
